Hempstead Junior School are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant who is
committed to raising standards in our happy and friendly school. The successful post-holder will, in the
first instance, be working within a year group team and may provide support to individual children having specific or particular needs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of how children learn
• An ability to build positive relationships with pupils to support excellent behaviour
• Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
