Rivermead Inclusive Trust are seeking to appoint a Senior Leader for our Mental Health Provision based in Medway. We are looking for the right person who shares our ethos and values. You may be from a Primary or Secondary School background and will be committed to maximising access to an enabling holistic education for children and young people who have Mental Health needs. You will ensure a holistic approach for learners with Mental Health needs to enable full engagement with all areas of life.
As part of the SLT, you will lead and operationally manage the Mental Health and well-being provision; supporting the Head of Provision on strategic leadership, development of the provision and the promotion of well-being. You will be actively involved in the vision and development of our provision and be expected to report the impact of your actions to the Head of Provision and the Trust Governing Body.
You will be someone who is committed to maximising access to suitable education for children and young people who have Mental Health needs that involve CAMHS support, resulting in inpatient admissions and/or reoccurring absences from school. You will ensure a holistic approach for learners with Mental Health needs to enable full engagement with all areas of life.
