Job Title:                     Learning Support Assistant

Fixed Term:                1 January 2021 until the end of the academic year.     

Miers Court Primary School, due to internal promotions, is looking for a highly motivated fixed term Learning Support Assistant who has a desirable, knowledge or experience of delivering Speech and Language Support Programmes and experience of covering PPA sessions.   

The successful candidate will have a professional, responsible approach, to become part of our KS2 enthusiastic team.  Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification but, for the right candidate, we may be able to facilitate the training necessary to fulfil this role.  The role will be based across Yr3 and Yr4.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with groups of children within the across all year groups.  Here you will be required to support and observe children with the progress that they make within their setting.  

You should be able to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care to children, giving support to other staff within the setting.
