Miers Court Primary School is looking for a highly motivated Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner with a professional, responsible approach, to become part of our enthusiastic team implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage. Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification but, for the right candidate, we may be able to facilitate the training necessary to fulfil this role.
As a Nursery Nurse/Early Years Learning Support Assistant you will be working with groups of children within the Reception year group. Here you will be required to support and observe children with the progress that they make within the setting.
You should be able to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care to children, giving support to other staff within the setting.
Play is a vital part in EYFS, therefore the school are looking for someone who is pro-active. Attentiveness and care is paramount in the setting therefore you will need to be hands on.
