The Primary First Trust currently consists of eight primary schools in Bexley, Kent and Medway who work in close partnership together. From the outset the commitment of our organisation has been to ensure we can meet our school improvement priorities. The upward trajectory of the results in all of our schools shows we have achieved this.
The Finance Lead will join this friendly and dynamic team, ensuring the efficient running of all finance processes and systems within our schools.
The position requires excellent interpersonal skills including attention to detail and forward planning. The ability to work in collaboration with a variety of Senior Leadership Teams and to prioritise work load of the finance department.
We are ideally seeking someone who has:
- An appropriate financial qualification or significant experience in this field.
- Experience in finance, business and administrative management within a school.
- Setting and monitoring budgets.
- Planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- The ability to work flexibly.
- Strong influencing skills.
